At Specialthing, we ensure your order arrives safely and quickly. Below, you'll find all the important information about delivery times, shipping costs, and how to handle damaged or incorrectly delivered products.

Delivery time

  • 6–10 business days

  • Please be aware that delays may occur during extreme weather conditions or peak periods; Specialthing is not responsible for these.

Postage costs

  • Standard shipping: €4.95 per order

  • Free shipping: on orders over €50 in the Netherlands

  • Urgent delivery / Express: on request; additional charges apply

Delivery

  • Shipping is done via reliable parcel services (for example PostNL or DHL).

  • After shipping you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code.

  • Upon receipt, please check that the package is complete and undamaged.

Received wrong or damaged product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report this within 7 days of receipt via info.specialthing@gmail.com.

  • Add a photo of the product and packaging to speed up the process.

  • Specialthing provides free of charge:

    • Replacement of the article

    • Refund of the purchase amount
