Pack the item securely , preferably in the original shipping box.

Send via a parcel service of your choice and keep your proof of postage.
3. Shipping costs
Returns are at your own expense , unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
4. Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
5. Exchange
Would you like a different size or color? Please contact us at info.specialthing , and we'll set the desired item aside for you.
6. Received a damaged or incorrect item?
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Please let us know within 7 days at info.specialthing@gmail.com , including a photo. We'll resolve the issue quickly—at no cost to you.
